RTI Task Force

At Block, District and Mandal level, the team of the RTI Task Force with the help of other congressmen, will identify the local problems including problems relating to implementation of welfare programs, and seek related information from the concerned department by giving application under RTI Act. Making appeal to the appellate authority of concerned department if the Public Information Officer to which application is made fails to provide information within stipulated time or provides wrong or misleading information. Entering all such applications in the RTI register maintained at Block, District and Mandal level and also entering the follow-up of each application. To prepare fortnightly report of works done at Block, District and Mandal level and forward it to the State Unit of RTI Task Force. The State unit to prepare a supervision report on the basis of the fortnightly reports sent in by the Block, District and Mandal level Cells and forwarding copies of it to Mandal Incharge, State President, National General Secretary and National President for perusal. The State unit to get the solution of those problems of Block, District and Mandal level, for which contact with the State level office of the concerned department is required. .
